Exhibitor Registration Instructions
Exhibitor Complimentary Registration

- Step 1. Exhibitor Registration:
- Before you can register as an exhibitor, you must complete and submit the Expo Stand Application and Contract (pdf) to +1 918 560 2684 (fax) or marvetta@aapg.org (email). Application available at http://appex.aapg.org/booths.cfm.
- Step 2. Exhibitor Confirmation and Space Assignment:
- Once the Expo Stand Application and Contract has been submitted, it will be processed and your exhibitor space assigned. You will then receive an email with instructions, including the URL, your exhibitor username and password, which will enable you to register your complimentary company personnel.
- Step 3: Complimentary Exhibitor Registration online:
- As an exhibitor you receive two complimentary registrations for each 6m2 or 8m2 exhibitor space allocated. All attendees must be registered including complimentary registrations.
- Step 4: Registration of Company Personnel (not registered by the complimentary stand registrations.)
- All other registrations will be processed using the attendee registration forms (pdf) available at http://appex.aapg.org/registration.cfm and require additional payment.
